Can I change my username? You many request to change Username however this is at the sole discretion of the craftumi admin.
How do I send craftumi a request to change my username? Click my Account > Account Details. On the right hand side of the page you will see a button to request a change of username. Enter the new username, and a email notice is sent to craftumi admin requesting the change.
How do I change my account information? Click my Account > Account Details. On the right hand side of the page you will see a button to change account info. Here you will be able to update your personal information and change your email settings.
How do I change my password? You are allowed to change your password at any time. Click my Account > Account Details. On the right hand side of the page you will see a change button to change account info.
My billing address is different to my acocount detail address how can I change my details? Click my Account > Billing Details. Click the button to the right 'Change Billing Info' allows you to change your billing address.
I'm a seller and I have a new credit card details, where do I update my details? Click my Account > Billing Details. Click the button to the right 'Change Billing Info' and update your credit card details.
Does the 'make payment' & 'view invoice' buttons in the Account > Billing Details refer to buyers? No, 'make payment' & 'view invoice' only apply to sellers.
