Welcome to GemmaJoy
All transactions will need to be finalised within 48 hours of placing an order with GemmaJoy.  After this Craftumi will be notified to cancel the order and all stock will be relisted. We are happy to come to an arrangement if unforeseeable circumstances arise but we must be contacted by the purhaser to arrange this.
We post between 1-2 days of payment clearing to the address in your Craftumi account.
All orders are sent to the Craftumi address provided in the invoice unless other arrangements are made.
We refund excess postage and handling charges within reason.
If any purchaser requires international postage please contact prior to prchasing and we will provide a quote before making final payment
We try to keep postage cost as low as possible and therefore we cannot take responsibilty for missing parcels so we highly recommend they are sent registered or express post (which is an additional cost for the purchaser). Please advise us before payment if you would like it sent registered/express post and we will  adjust your invoice prior to you making payment
